2. Web Development Services & Project Scopes
CodexBro provides website development, website design, e-commerce engineering, web application development, and API integration services. Detailed project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones are established in individual written service agreements or project proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing necessary project assets, text copy, branding files, and credentials in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all client-supplied materials do not infringe upon third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
- Participating in milestone reviews and providing actionable feedback during scheduled review windows.
4. Payments & Milestones
Service fees are outlined in individual project proposals. Development generally commences upon receipt of an initial advance deposit as agreed. Final deliverables and deployment credentials are provided upon settlement of outstanding milestone payments.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of all contracted fees, the client obtains ownership of the custom code and graphical assets created specifically for the project, excluding any pre-existing open-source libraries or third-party frameworks incorporated into the work.
6. Hosting & Third-Party Services
CodexBro is not liable for service disruptions, outages, or policy changes caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, or external API endpoints.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodexBro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.
